  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Exchanges

Need a different item?

  • The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order.
  • Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions to send the original item back to us.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Here’s how refunds work:

  1. Email us at info@costenia.com to request a refund.
  2. Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@costenia.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason.
