The product must be returned with all original components, accessories, and the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

International return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
Returns must be sent to our designated returns address, which will be provided after your return request is approved.
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers inspection, sanitization, handling, and processing costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly first so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in the dispute being contested using our order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy.
